Yoga & Writing: Let Your Writing Breathe as Your Body Flows
On Saturday, March 12th, 2016 Bea Ammidown will lead a Yoga & Writing event at Goorus Yoga Pacific Palisades. This creative and healing workshop allows hidden (or very present) voices in the body to speak through gentle dynamic movements and energizing writing. A one-hour yoga practice will be followed by a guided visualization, leading to 20-30 minutes of creative writing. Participants may then read what they write in a sacred and confidential circle. Supportive comments welcome; no criticism. Tea will be served. Beginning yogis and non-writers welcome. Bring a yoga mat, notebook and pen/pencil.
